AS AN EXCLUSIVE AGENT & SERVICES PROVIDER:
On May 2013, after having been the exclusive distributor in the Greek territory for ZIMMER Medical devices ( Hip, Knee, Elbow, Shoulder Arthroplasties, Spine Implants, Trauma, Instruments, Accessories, etc) for the last then (10) years, since May 2003, our company was appointed as the exclusive services and agent provider for the promotion and solicitation of Zimmer products in Greece.
Since 2003 Zimmer business in Greece was developed by us to the point to represent around 22% of the orthopedic business in Greece.
As of January 1st, 2018, our company was appointed as exclusive national agent for the entire Zimmer Biomet business in the Greek territory.
In addition, we are cooperating on a non-exclusive status with the following manufacturers :

- OSTEOFIT , Italy: Surgical and Medical Instruments and Disposables

Arthrosis S.A. generated a sales revenue of €14.7M in 2019 for the entire business of agency and distribution, where in 2020 we generated a sales revenue of €12.2M.
In our company, we currently employee eighty-five ( 85 ) people, from which forty-one ( 41 ) are involved in sales and marketing of the existing four ( 4 ) Business Units:

The education level of the people involved in our company is exceptionally high, including graduates of Polytechnic Schools and Universities mainly in Biomedical Eng., Physics, as well as of well-known Economical and Technical Schools.
Our programs of continuous education of our personnel through seminars (by E.E.D.E. ) and the continuous training of our Sales and Technical force through the manufacturers that we exclusively represent, provides a solid basis of knowledge for our future growth.
Our company has been certified according to standards EN ISO 9001:2015 and EN ISO 13485 : 2016 for Trading, Distribution and Technical Support of Medical Devices ( first certification on April 2000 ) and EN ISO 14001:2015 regarding Environmental Certification.
As of January 2018, we are operating at the 2nd floor in a four (4) stores building, in an area of 580 square meters, situated in an estate of 1400 square meters and we also maintain a warehouse of 150 square meters. We preserve at this time a number of fifty-three ( 53 ) cars for the needs of our sales and distribution.
Our business in North Greece is carried out by twelve (12) people; for our operations in North Greece, we preserve in Thessaloniki an 240 square meters office, where we also maintain a warehouse of 60 square meters. The entire control of our marketing, sales and procurement / tender participation in Public and Private Sector is done through our main office in Athens.
In addition and in order to serve in the best way the needs of our customers, we have local representatives in main cities of Greece, as Ioannina, Larissa, Patras, Alexandroupoli and Heraklion ( Creta ).
